Hardstand

Lift and replant existing ground cover planting to bank at rear of property Remove and where possible, salvage for re-use existing retaining wall (approx 4.5m as indicated in attached photo). Note: it may be necessary to cut and break out existing concrete at edge of driveway to release retaining posts Excavate and retain draining material for re-use and dispose offsite surplus soil & debris as required to bring to approx 100mm below grade allowing for a bed of river stones, pebbles and pavers over weed suppressing mat Supply and install slotted drainage pipe with associated scoria or stones to connect with existing Reinstate or construct new retaining wall behind excavation in line with remainder of existing wall providing suitable drainage between timber walers and soil Supply and install weed suppressing mat to cover exposed area Take up and relocate over weed suppressing mat, existing river stones & pebbles from nearby redundant hardstand Remove and dispose all spoil, scrap and other redundant material
