Digger & Truck Removal of Concrete, Soil & Plants
Job description
We are looking for help to remove existing garden including low concrete wall and most of enclosed garden (barring a tree or large rock here & there). There is concrete, gravel and soil to be removed, along with some exiting plants and stumps. Where we have an existing veggie garden, we would like the soil moved to another area for future re-use. There are also 2 maple trees we aim to attempt to relocate elsewhere and a larger maple to remain where it is now and we will dig around it to put up a wooden wall to the back fence - everything else must go. Photos include a preferred gate on the SE corner where we could open up the fence and replace it later if needed to get digger in....and the gate on the SW corner that we could probably access if the preferred side is too narrow, but would still require a bit of modification to get through. Ideas are welcome.

Job was quoted to require 1-2 weeks, but took approximately 2 months (some delays due to weather and others not) and the cost was near triple with no detailed work plan. James did offer and organise other work for a retaining wall (we are happy with) and drainage (which had to be re-done at our expense later). James also arranged at short-notice for an engineer for penetrometer testing, which was appreciated. Time & cost were way off supplied quote, which severely impacted the project.

Due to the job being completed over a year ago and hearing no feedback in between (particularly as I would have been happy to come back to fix drainage), I am slightly caught off guard by this response.
The job was closer to double, not triple. And took approximately 8 weeks not 3 months.
The cost and time varied hugely as the job was changed entirely, along with adding the retaining wall and drainage which was not included in the original quote."
