11m Retaining Wall

I need a timber retaining wall, approximately 11m long, max 1.2m at the highest point. There's only 4m or so where it will be taller than 300mm. Needs to be curved. There is a public sewer under the area and a manhole needs to remain uncovered. The grass area above needs to have a layer of topsoil supplied after general leveling. Easy access to the area.
