Construct pathway/stairs to picnic tables

Job#1. Construct and install a path or stairs to existing picnic tables at our site in Rosedale. To get to the picnic tables you have to cross the grass which is often slippery. The grass is on a steep slope and is roughly 5 meters to the tables. Job#2 Construct and install a handrail for our existing concrete path leading down to reception area. Concrete path is roughly 10 meters long.
