Retaining walls, decking, fencing, levelling of land

We have a 675sqm section that is on a slope, we want to put in retaining walls, some decking, make the driveway wider and build a dog-proof fence around the entire property. We also have a patch of land we want to level out to put a tiny home on. Pics are below, we are looking for help finalising the plans and getting started asap.
