Wood / Gabion retraining quotes

Hi there I am looking at constructing a retaining wall along the edge of my property but i will not be able to see it as the section slopes away from my house. the wall will be 20m long by 600cm high. There is a slight slop to contend with. I would like a quote for both a wooden and a Gabion wall. Further i wish to have the quote split into materials and labour. So that i can present to the neighbours for there approval. My neighbours are looking at a partial fence on the retaining well and a fence between their property and an adjacent property.
