Landscape - construction of existing design

Hi, we have a landscape design that we want to implemented for our existing 500m2 section. Here is a link to the plan - --- : --- af- --- f. The job will involve replacing a section of path at the front of the house with concrete Firth pavers, constructing a small wooden deck at the front entrance to the house (to match existing decking), replacing the front fence with a new shiplap or T & G fence made of dressed timber so that we can paint it, creating new garden beds with mowing strips made with Firth Holland pavers, planting and mulch. Our landscape designer is able to source the plants. We are open to considering replacing the existing lawn or leaving it as it. We also want to install an irrigation system and some garden lighting. We would prefer to have all this work done by a single company but are happy to have the contractor liaise with an electrician for the lighting. We are flexible with the timing of the work but we are trying to get it down before this coming winter. Thanks.
