Replace retaining wall and driveway

Wood retaining wall running 30m length of driveway and around turning circle. replaced about 5 years ago, but does not meet the load requirements for surcharge from vehicles and is beginning to fail. This has caused the driveway to move, which is now significantly sloped and cracked. Replacement retaining wall plans have been drafted and are currently being submitted to the council for approval. In anticipation of this approval, seeking quotes for the replacement of the retaining wall and eventually the driveway. Replacement retaining wall will be subject to council inspection as is load-bearing, so work must be compliant. Thank you.
