Restore brick deck - outside area

I am looking for someone to restore a brick paved outside area. There are significant undulations so the bricks need taking up and resetting/levelling. This may require some base material. As you can see there is a storm water grate in the middle. There is also a small repair needed to the green fence. (please see the photo) I would like this done as quickly as possible. There is an upper section to the deck visible on the photos, this is not included in the repair job.
