Building brick walls and creating gardens

We have some gardens that slope quite a lot. There are pavers round the edges. We would like pavers/bricks built up at the back and tapering along the sides so the gardens are flat. We also have a driveway area where we need boards put on top of existing ones to make the retaining walls a bit higher so we can create gardens.
