Clothesline installation and paving / stone chip underneath

I need a clothesline installed on my property. Paving stones leading to it (approx 8) inset into grass, and then a boxed area underneath the fold out clothesline that is approx 2.5m x 2m, filled with stones and large pavers. Slight gradient. Would then need some ready lawn laid too, if possible - approx 12 m squared. Timeframe - within the next week or two would be awesome.
