New Retaining wall to be built

What the job is - A new retaining wall to create more usable garden space. Position - runs parallel to the back of the house, where the land slopes downwards (away from the house) and also from right to left. Dimensions - Approximately 7m wide and will range in height between around 0.7m (to the right) to 1.2m (on the left). Special considerations -The location of the wall is currently bushland and we will clear some of this before work starting. There may however be some tree roots to work around as part of the build. Whilst we are thinking it would probably be a timber wall, we are also looking for guidance as to options on what would be the best solution for this job. We are looking for the quote to be split between 3 parts; 1) To build the proposed retaining wall 2) To fill the area behind the wall (I would guess this might be perhaps 7 cubic metres 3) To move around 12m of pool fencing that currently borders the existing bush , back in line with the new retaining wall Pictures are attached of the current landscape.
