Landscaper for boundry of lawn.

Hi there. We have a piece of land about 8m x 3m. There is some concrete underneath the edge of it. We are trying to maximise our space and create a little boundary as we live in a row of flats. Our current ideas are build a small fence, plant shrubs or make boxes that we can plant things in. We really do need advice, so looking for someone who can come around and have a chat. We've already booked in a 'ready lawn' but didn't realise the boundary part was going to be so tricky. Looking for builder/landscaper and someone with good ideas. The land is easily accessible down a shared driveway. Looking to have this done in the next few weeks if possible.
