Level a water feature

Our water feature which is made of concrete and is therefore very heavy is no longer level. The 600mm concrete pad on which it was set several years ago has slumped into the soil below causing a list of about 50mm to one side. Consequently what should be a pool of water is continually running over one side. We require a strong man or two to correct it to level with packing underneath where necessary.
