Remove Bamboo + roots and replace with low maintenance tree\bush\plant.

I would like a quote to remove bamboo that occupies approximately 25sqm area. It's mixed in with some other trees which can stay but if its easier to remove it all the that's ok too. I would like the roots removed as well so the bamboo doesn't come back. To maintain the privacy that the bamboo provided, I'd like to replace them with a suitable plant\tree that's low maintenance and doesn't grow to High. I'm happy for a split quote, so if you just want to remove the bamboo+ roots then that's ok with me. Thanks
