Palm Removal & Landscaping

I need about 13 palms - about 2 metres high, removed. Also some Cynads to be dug out and replanted with new landscaping. Will need soil replaced in the garden. There are pebbles, a watering system and possibly weed mat that will need to removed. These plants are located in a block retaining wall - about 1.5 metres from the ground and it is plastered. Extra care will need to be taken to ensure that no damage is done to the wall.
