Very strongly not recommended. Was engaged to advise on the construction of a retaining wall and put us wrong right from the start. Advised us that Building/Resource Consent would not be required when it would have been obvious to them that it was. The work that was done was poor and the wall could not possibly have met the Building regs. Lucky that we parted ways before they had the chance to finish something that would have failed very quickly. Has cost us a small fortune to put it right.
