Water Feature and Minor landscaping

We would like a water feature installed in an area which is unused and a bit untidy. Please see photo for details. What we have in mind is a medium sized bowl on a pedestal as shown on the photos. Also, to have water plants in the bowl with a fountain and some colourful lights from the bowl if possible. We would also like the broken wall to be completed. Its NOT a retaining wall. More like a ‘fence’ wall. No need to match the trellis. Similar concrete blocks can be used up to the same height. We would also like planter boxes around the edges (next to the wall) with mostly ferns and other easy to maintain plants. We have enough river stones to go around the water feature. There is a concrete ramp that is unused. We would like that removed as well. In the photo I have described these. Please view it at 100% to see the text.
