Water feature design and build

We have designed a water feature for our garden. We have made a cardboard model of the water feature (see attached photos). The dimensions are all correct now. We now need someone to make it a reality for us. Originally we had in mind it would be made of concrete like our patio furniture but we are open to other ideas for construction. There is also a need for some design input especially around making it actually work as a water feature.
