Design and construction needed to maximise sloping land.
Job description
We’ve purchased a new build in Pokeno on a sloping corner section. We want to try and level out the ground and maximise the outdoor space with a potential retaining wall but unsure of council rules when working to boundary lines as fences need to be 3m back..all a bit confusing. We want seasonal plants and direction where to put lemon trees etc, as well as one day considering putting in a small swim spa or lap pool if space is there. Move in date is sometime Feb (subject to change) but if we can navigate our options for how best to use space and know how much we need to spend to make the dreams come true ahead of time that would be great.

Aaron was brilliant in every step of the process and also took the time to provide great solutions for other ideas we had during his work. He did what he said he would do, he talked through various scenarios we threw at him and always approached all our questions in a light hearted manner that made him fantastic to deal with. We have already discussed additional improvements we’d like to make and will be using Aaron again for all additional work. I highly recommend him.
