Mulching gorse pile, clearing path, cutting up pine branches, felling tree

We have 4 jobs, all quite challenging due to difficult access. Access via a grass path, steep in places. Interested to hear from anyone who can help with any (or all). Gorse pile is our highest priority as it is fire hazard. 1. Mulching a gigantic pile of dry gorse (mostly) brushwood and trimmings 2. Clearing remaing brambles from a steep grass path to improve access 3. Cutting massive fallen pine branches into rings (no need to move rings) 4. Felling medium size pine on fairly steep slope.
