Move vegie patch

Wanting to convert existing vegie patch (~4.5 X 3m) into a platform for a trampoline. Will need infill of soil or sand. Might also need edging strengthened (we have timber on hand) and low-lying groundcover such as native grasses planted. Wanted done ASAP (this week if possible!) Also keen to convert a small patch of sloping lawn near the house into terraced vegie patch. Less urgent than the trampoline platform but still would like done soonish. Some other work could be done as well but those things are the priorities :) Thanks!
