The project went over the anticipated time and cost, however, the build integrity, quality of workmanship and customer service were excellent. Alex maintained great proactive communications, was always contactable and flexible, and he allowed us to feel confident that we were in safe hands. We wouldn't hesitate to use Smith & Co again for future projects, and to recommend Alex to friends and family. Great job!

"Thanks for the review.The project took slightly more time due to a change in the handrail which was altered from the plan at owners wish to get the best look. Also the client requested a extra drain added to remove excess water from the lawn and some extra plumbing was undertaken due to this and the water tank needing a few modifications to bring it up to code.The quoted job would have run to cost and time if these extras and changes were not involved. Richard was very easy to deal with. Thanks"
