my back yard has been cleaned out of old overgrown trees and now it needs shaping new soil and replanting. Edges need created. New concrete pathway down the side of the house to replace the slab and stone one which I HATE as if is messy and stones end up everywhere. And general tidy up.

The work on the path was very good and I am satisfied with this. the work on garden was not really done to an adequate standard. I was disappointed when I realized the tradie had only sliced off the top of the weeds and not dug them out. It probably needed to be sprayed.The weeds started to grow back within a few days. The owner cane back and dug out stumps he had failed to remove. He restaked the trees he had planted as he had not done that to a professional standard.

Weeds do grow back...... Yes I could have sprayed them but this wasn't in the quote or asked for?
Free extras included levelling out lawn and sowing seed, and a section of garden edgings, staking and tie small fruit trees (far to small but wanted it done regardless.
