Replacement timber retaining wall

We have a concrete retaining wall that is cracked and slipping. It does not have sufficient drainage and this is affecting our lawns. We either want this replaced with a timber wall or drainage holes drilled through and a timber wall put up in front of it to tidy it up. We want stairs to get down to the bottom tear of the garden too
