Landscaping with gravel and section tidy

My house has cracked, crumbling and weed-grown asphalt in the very small front yard and some of the back yard. I want the asphalt and weeds removed, weed matting put down and stones/gravel laid in place of the asphalt, with a few pavers to walk on (like stepping stones). I've already taken up some of the asphalt as shown in the pictures. At a guess, I'd say the total area to be covered with gravel is about 20-25 sqm. The area is not completely flat, so some leveling may be required. I would also like a general section tidy-up, removal of weeds and masonry rubble and replacement of old rotary clothesline with a new one which I wil supply. I'm planning to rent out my house starting January, so would like to get this work done asap to have it looking nice for tenants.
