We are a body corporate and on our common property we have a number of raised boxes with mature Bangalore Palms. Unfortunately, we have one that is deemed dead and needs replacement. We have found one on TradeMe that we think might suit in the ground over in Blockhouse Bay. Click on below link to see: --- / --- ?bof=hgsvRwYY I would like to know if anyone is interested in the job of: * Removing and disposing of the current palm (taking care not to damage lighting or irrigation systems) * Going to Blockhouse Bay to dig it up the new palm along with the root ball * Transporting to our property * Bringing the palm through the property. (Note, we probably do not have any room to bring in a crane or lift, so likely only manpower used - but I am open to ideas) * Planting the palm along with fresh dirt * Staking the palm up to ensure it is upright until the roots grab * Reorienting lighting and irrigation Please review and send through any questions you may have or feel free to provide a quote.
