25m Retaining wall

Need a retaining wall built to open up and create some useable space at the back of the house. It would be approx. 25m x 1.49m long and would need to be built around the slop to create as large a flat area as possible coming off the existing retaining wall. I imagine there is a fair amount of earthworks required create the space and sculpt the area above the wall. Access is through the neighboring property (through the fence at the side of the house in the photos).
