Remove pavement + level ground & paving + new deck

Primary job: remove existing pavement and level off 4mx4m area to have garden shed and water tank flat (currently approx. 5 Deg slop). Then re-install pavement (if possible re-use current paving). Want to keep bottom edge at current level (boundary with neighbours) so will need small retaining wall/step at the limit of flat area (approx. 300-400mm step). Secondary job: build deck on top of remaining paved area to have flat deck area all the way to house wall. + build steps from the deck to access new flat paved area with shed and water tank. Note: could consider using re-paving instead of building new deck if more appropriate/cost effective. Ideal would be to complete job before 15th Dec.
