Build garden steps

I need some garden steps built to connect 2 levels of the garden. The drop from one level to the next is approximately 1 metre. I want something very natural looking - possibly just earth and rock (there are a lot of scoria rocks on the section which might be usable), or railway sleepers or something like that. The photos show looking up from the lower level and down from the deck above. I want the steps to start just below where the railing is visible in the second picture (that is connected to steps leading down from the deck).

I was very happy with Grow Garden Services. They always turned up when they said they would, stuck to the budget, kept in contact and did a good job. When I requested two minor changes, I was not charged for the extra visit or time.
