Check / Improve water pressure

Currently have mains pressure hot water cylinder 180 ltre, 10 years old and I believe 15mm pipes some copper. Wish to check flow especially in upstairs ensuite shower and whether high or uninterupted flow is possible even when ensuite vanity hot tap is turned on. Presently have high pressure pump providing water pressure from roof filled concrete tank. This tank also has I believe mains supply when float switch activates on low tank level. I wish to also provide mains water pressure direct to the house system with a bypass option of the tank and pump. see also ensite renovation.
