Small improvement reno: insulate 2 x bedrooms and short hallway/laundry area.

I am looking for a good experienced builder to insulate the under 2 bedrooms and small laundry landing area and replace carpet downstairs. It would be ideal if this could happen in the next few months. Pics to come. Because it's hard to get under the house the job would be to lift timber floorboards internally, place damp-proofing, install insulation and replace floorboards to approx 30 square meters of floor area, and lay carpet. Thank you. FYI this is not a flood damaged related job.

Installing insulation and ground moisture barrier in very tight space

We're looking if someone is able to fit under the house to retrofit some insulation and put down a ground moisture barrier. Very tight space, as low as 230mm in one or spots, higher in others. Even a partial job would be preferable to nothing! Open to a quote to dig some channels to improve access as well. It's about 80sqm total.

Was hoping to be able to have insulation injected, or blown into the cavities for economies sake, but if you can think of a more affordable way I'd be interested. Finishing a job of underfloor batts and securing with 12mm sheets of ply. Materials already onsite. New build, standing room at times, part of it is crouching room. Access is up a very steep driveway, not suitable for anyone with disability or injuries. Needs two guys for sheets of ply. Need to be comfortable cutting holes for pipework and siliconing the gaps.

To be remedied: The current ceiling insulation is not in good condition as it is damp, damaged, degraded or displaced. The insulation needs to be relayed or replaced to bring it up to an R-value of 2.9. Our understanding is that suitable product has been installed but some needs to be reinstalled correctly, appearing to be moved at some stage. Some additional product may be required to complete the insulation of the roof. House is approx 90m2 footprint.
