Job description
The original floor plan shows a footprint of 110M2. I can send you a copy of the floor plan if needed. There are two access points. Main access is through the linen cupboard floor. The dimension of the opening is roughly --- . Doors to the cupboard can be removed, which make entry far easier. I can’t recall the size of the opening in the master bedroom, but its big enough to enter the subfloor and feed insulation through. From memory there are 2 bearers across bedroom 2 where the distance between the bottom of the bearer and the ground is 350mm, maybe more, but it can be accessed if you lie on your back and wriggle through. Most of the subfloor has enough crawl space. There is an internet cable and a bit of pipework (drains and water feed) attached to the underside of the joists, not much in fairness.
