Roof and floor insulation

Looking to have old loose fill insultation removed from the roof, followed by installation of new installation for the roof. Would also like underfloor insulated. And plastic laid down to cover the dirt underhouse to prevent moisture. Roof Is accessible via wardrobe roof. Floor is accessible via wardrobe floor. Underfloor doesn’t have heaps of room though. I can crawl around in there but its a little less than ideal. Looking for someone that can do the whole job
