Existing two story townhouse. Tenanted but presently vacant as being renovated. Area of house ceiling requiring insulation 60 - 65sqm (see house plan photo). Existing insulation (installed 2002) needs must be assessed and upgraded to at least 2.9 or better to meet healthy home standards. Need quote to provide and install suitable upgrade product as soon as possible before new tenants can move in later in April. Prefer on-site visit and quote.
