Ceiling insulation was recently installed for the remainder of the house but the contractor was not able to access the ceiling space for this room from within the ceiling cavity due to ceiling framing obstructing access. We're looking for a contractor with experience in installing insulation through a gib ceiling, ideally with plastering experience (or a plasterer recommendation) to finish off the job.
