Bathroom extractor fan

A 1930s bungalow, previous owners have renovated half the bathroom area into the kitchen. So when we moved in, the extractor fan/grill/heatlamp/light all in one fixture was on the kitchen ceiling. Since then we have removed that exterior fixture and put in a new kitchen light fitting. I believe the old extractor fan duct is still inside the ceiling cavity, disconnected. With the cold snap comes the realisation that it's time to get the underfloor insulation sorted. We live in a 1950's bungalow with an easily accessible under-house area. Roughly 90m2. We would also like to know if we need to pump more insulation into our ceiling space.

I am looking for an EECA approved tradesperson to install underfloor insulation in my 1900 villa. The place already has insulation in the roof but has large gaps/holes in the old floor boards. The house is roughly 90 square metres and the basement is easily accessible. I would like this job done end of July/August please. Thank you.
