Install on-ground moisture barrier

I am looking for someone to source and install approximately 110 sq meters of 250 micron polythene moisture barrier under our house. There will also need to be some extra work closing up a couple of gaps to minimise any water getting on top of the finished moisture barrier. For reference, the headroom under the house ranges from almost standing at one end to half a meter at the other. Just to confirm we do not want underfloor insulation (e.g. Expol or similar product) we need a covering which sits on the soil and blocks any moisture rising up from the soil. The attached image shows a house that has this type of polythene sheeting installed. I have also attached the Standards NZ information about on-ground moisture barriers.
