Ceiling and insulation

Our ceiling is sagging due to previous damp damage which has since been fixed. The ceiling in the lounge needs to be replaced (approx 21sq m), throughout the rest of the house some sanding and plastering spot work needs to be done (2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen) we also hope to insulate the house and change the light fittings at the same time, budget dependent. Could just be the ceiling itself for now.
