Builder's report

Kia ora, I need a builder's report completed on my home as I'm trying to sort insurance on it before letting it out to rent. need piles condition checked, whether it's fully gibbed, whether it's a heritage listing (it is 100+years old) , also water pressure seems a bit low though I'm not sure this is something for a builder .... whatever goes in a builder's report If you can confirm price of report please when responding - the insurance guy said it should cost about $200 so I wasn't sure what to put here
