I have a second hand Fujitsu Heat Pump model AOTS12LDC Heating is 4.8 kW and 3.5 kW cooling to instal in th e lounge of a 3 bedroom flat in Miramar. Uses R410A Refrigerant. Location and install is all on the ground level. No stairs involved. Very easy access and installation position. Unit was professionally removed so gas retained in the unit.

Install heat pump to bedroom

Bedroom on third storey of townhouse gets too hot in summer. We have a heat pump/AC in lounge on second floor, but heat gets trapped upstairs so I think we need another for the bedroom. Unit does not need to be too big. Outdoor unit probably needs to be mounted on exterior wall (2nd floor above patio, see photos). Let me know labour only cost or cost including the unit (if including, please provide model).

Hi, I have an existing heat pump above the entrance door in the hallway. This had died (had technician come and look, but couldnt fix it) and looking at replacing it. Im looking at ordering this unit and need somebody to install: Midea Aurora Plus Smart Inverter Heat Pump 7.0kW You should be able to reuse the existing piping and the concrete pad outside needs no prep for the outdoor unit. I have 2 bathrooms both connected to my instant hot water Rinnai system. When the showers run simultaneously or when one is in the shower and a tap is used in the kitchen then the shower goes cold.
