Faulty heatpump

I have a Mitsubishi G inverter heatpump that is only running for 5 minutes at a time before switching itself off. This has been happening on the cooling function, but there were issues with the heating function over winter with it not heating up. I'm available all day on Tuesday if someone is able to come to see if it can be fixed or if it will need to be replaced.

We need to have two heat pumps serviced. The first one is MDV-branded, in the lounge, and leaks when in cooling mode. The other is Gree-branded and about 4m above some stairs without any issues that we have noticed (photo attached).

Drivaire Ventalation not working

Hi, we have an old Drivaire ventilation system in our house - we've noticed it appears to have stopped blowing over the last 6 months or so. It may be something with the electrics, the motor etc. We had new lighting installed around it, so that may have had an impact. Photos attached of the unit and controls.
