Warmington fire place repair

I have a Warmington Fire place and the back of the fire box is cracked (see attached photo of crack along where the holes are) Warmington have a solution (replacement air top hat) that they have advised me of but I need someone who can install it (refer attached pics with instructions). Is this something that you could assist with?
