Indoor Mitsubishi heat pump failed to turn on, even after replacing batteries. May need a service and maybe a new remote. Remote is a Mitsi SG15D.

Poor comms from Mark. First, had to remind Mark to contact tenant. When job was done, no comms/update. 5 days after job completed, I had to contact tradie for update. When invoive arrived, I noticed a charge for Admin & also for Electrical Safety Cert (ESC). Queried unusual charge for Admin & also ESC when no ESC was received. I certainly won't be paying for the ESC when I did not receive it. However, the ESC did arrive late.
