Diagnose and repair faulty heat pump

The circuit breaker tripped and even after I reset it, when turned on my Fujitsu heat pump won’t operate properly - won’t blow out heat in heating mode. The lights on the panel are blinking to indicate an error - the green economy light is continuously blinking while the other green & red lights are flashing on/off one each alternating . I need someone to figure out what’s wrong with it and repair, hopefully soon as it’s getting cold!
