Bathroom underfloor heating (for waterproof laminate floor)

supply and lay underfloor heating in ensuite bathroom - area 1.5m x 2.5m, including electrical installation, in preparation for laying of waterproof laminate floor boards(which we already have). We have no particular time frame in mind, although it would be great if it the work can be fitted in with Xmas/New Year on the horizon. If you are able to do the electrical work we could look at the installation of a ceiling heat light also (we will supply light)
