Fireplace removal & heatpump installation

Possibly removing an old fireplace (that's been concreted up) and chimney (or adding a firebox into the cavity). Possibly also removing a firebox/flu that sits in front of the old fireplace. Also adding heatpumps to heat a four bedroom place (possibly in the ceiling rather than wall mounted)
