Ducted [or multi-split] heat pump / air conditioning

We are looking for quotes to get centralised heating/cooling installed. Due to a strict budget constraint, we might decide to go for multi-split instead. The $$ amount in the quote, however, will primarily decide whether or not we are able to get the job done any time soon. The area to be covered would be ~ 125 sq m [excluding the conservatory] single level, 3-bedroom house built in 1985. Due to HRV, ducting already exists across the three bedrooms and the lounge and we would like to reuse it as much as practicable in order to bring the cost down. We'll be happy to let the existing HRV go if the new ducted air conditioning provides ventilation/moisture-control of its own. Mitsubishi and Daikin are our preferences but happy to be advised with alternatives in order to keep the cost low. It goes without saying that the interested installers will be certified and provide warranty for at least a few years. We will happy to arrange for a site visit at a suitable time. Thanks
