Need help cooling down babies’ room

I have a portable air con unit (Dimplex 3in1) which is currently vented though a window. However, this is not working optimally as I don’t have a sliding window. I’d like to make a hole through the external wall and connect the venting hose (see pictures) to the outside though the wall. The room is currently a bit too too hot for our little twins. Hopefully someone will be able to pick up this work over the next few days! Thank you
