I have an LG Art Cool LSZ122VM-4 heat pump that does not appear to be working correctly. Warm air is generated for a minute or so, followed by 5 minutes of "defrosting", even though no ice is visible on the coils of the outside unit. Need someone to have a look and figure out what's going on with it.
